'Bed was hard. Asked for 2 pillows for the pullout couch (none in room) and was told there is only one in hotel available. Couch had obvious tears. Walls are thin. Other guests walking and shutting doors were constant through the night. One elevator working. '

'we booked two rooms. The one upstairs, the air conditioning wasnt working, The carpets were dirty and the bathtubs in both rooms did not work, i.e . could not plug tub to hold water.'
