'I loved having laundry available and was able to eat pizza in our room with a table for 4. I didn't like that my reservation for a second day was not able to happen. It was for a different room and I forgot which day because my original reservation was done so early. It would of been nice if they could have confirmed the days when I first checked in. Overall it was my fault that it didn't happen and not the PInes at Sunriver. '

'This house was perfect for our stay in Bend. My husband & I were in Bend for a week with our 2 small dogs. The location was perfect - close to downtown Drake Park, restaurants, stores, etc. Bend has tons of dog friendly bars and food options too. The fenced backyard was great! The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and made a great home base. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very comfortable and easy. '

'This place was lovely, quiet, and private! We loved our stay. We did arrive 45 minutes early and the toilet was not cleaned, it had feces on it. '

'The home is well kept with lots of unlooked for amenities, especially kitchen utensils and spices. The only thing you could possibly need that they do not have is cast iron cookware (yes, I brought my skillet). The bedrooms can be a bit small, but they have what you need. The great room is spacious and relaxing. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. And the kids loved the ping pong table!We also had to let them know about a small bit of damage we caused, and the property managers took...
