'Communicated well'

'Amazing location, perfect for my short stay. Would definitely recommend'

'Very clean and cosy for an extended stay. The property was reasonably located near public transit for those with no vehicle as I came for a couple of events during my week stay. Mirianne was very pleasant to communicate with and she checked in periodically to make sure things were going well! Check in and check out went very smoothly. Thank you, Mirianne!'

'Very clean house , excellent location surrounded by all amenities. Hosts communicated effectively and responded to questions fast. My family had a great time here and recommends 100%.'

'Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.'

'Great location in a great neighborhood, close to many amenities. Included all the basics for cooking, doing laundry etc. Nice having the 2 bathrooms. Main living space was a little tight to hang out in, but worked well for us as we were out most days except for cooking, sleeping etc. Great value!'

'A year later, this is still a great place to stay, exactly what I'm looking for.'
