'Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights'

'We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

'booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.'
