'Everything was great! Unfortunately I had the sleeper sofa and that was awful! Felt like I was sleeping on springs that kept poking me plus every time I moved it was very loud. Everything else was very good! We were pleasantly surprised to have a buffet for dinner and free breakfast. We were impressed!! We will be back!'

'The facility has 2 OTTIS Elevators. One has been out of service for a couple of weeks per manager on site. It was a nightmare getting up to the 6th floor and back down to the main level. wait time depending on time of the day was from 6 minutes to 14 minutes to get an elevator. And when you got on it was very crowed because people were getting on at any point and going up then back down or vice vers just to have a spot in the elevator.
