'Old world hotel. Immaculate room. Has a refrigerator and cable tv. Nice bathroom too. Very clean hot. Bakery and restaurant on premises. We are here off season weekday and the rates were very reasonable. Definitely would recommend it here! '

We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something.
