'I attempted to check in for my reservation and no one was at the front desk. Music was blaring in the back office however no one answered when I repeatedly called for someone. Waited approximately 20 min and no one showed up so I left to find another motel, as I needed to find a place to sleep as I was on a tight schedule.'

'I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST. I BOOKED IT THRU HOTEL.COM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RESERVATION. I DID HAVE THE CONFORMATION NO. BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED WHEN I BOOKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. IT INDICATED THERE WOULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED BUT ALL THERE WAS WAS A POT OF COFFEE AND A BAG OF BREAD ON THE COUNTER AND NO ONE AROUND TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. WE WERE CHARGED...
