'Everything was wonderful except the bed, needs replaced and would be perfect!'

'Nye Haven was great. Clean situated in a great area. Plenty of room, hot water, fresh towels. The place needs a bit of love though. Kind of run down. Pillows and bedding very worn. Needs a good spring clean and a trip to Walmart for fresh bedding and brighter look. Calls for help with the lock and a few other questions were handled promptly and professionally.'

'We had a lovely time. The weather was unseasonably warm and still! The view was amazing, well worth the money!We would have like to have a can opener in the kitchen :) The TV is not available unless you have or want to sign up for services. Not even regular tv so that was a little disappointing. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time. '

'Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. '

'The bad: Not suitable for 8 people. With 2 king beds and only 1 fold out couch it was impossible for everyone to sleep comfortably. Fans were broke. One was missing a blade and the other was so badly cracked my child could touch the blades. The room is not baby/toddler proof at all. Cords hanging out of walls, bathroom door doesn't lock, and an unsecured staircase. (I would have brought a baby gate had I known there were stairs)The furniture, walls and devet covers were covered in stains and god...

'Cute place. I had no idea I would have to climb up so many stairs to get there. I probably would have kept looking for a ground floor place to rent. But I managed one step at a time. The kitchen faucet is not attached so water sprays and the faucet pops off when you turn the water on! Lamp by the couch is very hard to plug in so I didn’t. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much '

'Great place to stay in Newport. We were only there for one night, but will definitely book this place again, if and when we come back to Newport. '

'Great location and cute place. My only complaint is the dishes were super dirty and there’s barely enough cooking items to cook a meal. There’s not even a pot large enough to boil spaghetti noodles. But over all it’s a great spot. '

'Bathtubs are slippery- really wish you could invest in non slip pads for the shower tub'
