'Parking fee of $52/night is highway robbery! Hotel staff provide no alternative options for parking. If your room is on the trolley side of the hotel, you’ll hear a buzzing sound from the trolleys all night. I will refuse to stay there in the future just for that parking reason alone. Otherwise a very nice hotel.'

'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'To our surprise, when we arrived, we were upgraded to a 2-bed room with kitchenette with all the amenities. Second floor with a straight view to the sunset. If in the area again, definitely will re-book.'
