'No hot water, so I couldn’t shower, and the apartment didn’t match the listing photos. Really disappointing stay.'

'Een overnachting zoals je van Quinta kan verwachten, niets meer en niets minder. Wat tegenviel was de geluidshinder van de highway recht tegenover de kamer. En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '

'We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant.'

'Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. '

'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'

'The woman who greeted and checked us in was just delightful; she was so sweet and down to Earth that the place immediately felt cozy.'

'The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There...

'workers need to get trained'

'I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. '

'Breakfast could have more options. But overall was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Since we had a trailer, we were worried about space and safety, but their parking area was fully lighted and checked on regular basis. '
