It rained the first part of the week other than that the weather was good.The place was clean and the fenced in back yard was awesome for piper. She had a great time running around there and playing. Perfect for an 11 year old boy - he LOVED exploring the castle and grounds, and I loved the gorgeous furnishings and comfy room (and I’ll be honest, I also loved exploring the grounds). David is so so so personable and welcoming. I only wish we had more time to hang out! '

'If you love the unusual, this is your place! Great “castle” experience and the beauty of southern Indiana horse country! Unique venue close to all the attractions Louisville, KY has to offer and a beautiful, pastoral setting too. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. Highly recommended. '

'They thought of everything! We enjoyed all the knight-type decorations down the funny sayings spread about the house. Very clean and comfortable, great neighborhood. Literally the only thing I can think of that I didn't absolutely love was the early10am Checkout Sunday morning. We were able to get a later checkout for an extra 40 though. 'We rented both units at the Biergarten, the combined available space is HUGE, and extremely well outfitted. I echo 100% the comfort of the beds. It right in the middle of Blowing Rock, directly across a small drive from the Blowing Rock Brewing Company (Restaurant there as well).
