'Our stay was excellent! The space was as promised and very comfortable for a family of 5. We love the Public House that was on site and the beautiful neighbourhood! It was a wonderful overnight stay!'

'There was nothing negative to say about this property. Room very spacious and clean , beds super comfortable . We did have leak from bathroom sink but was promptly fixed and bathroom cleaned , extra clean towels brought right away. The attached spa with pools , saunas etc was added relaxing bonus and food at both restaurants was excellent , can t wait to come back for another visit'

'Spacious suites and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and large. The gym is well equipped but would benefit from extended hours (closes at 10pm). Parking is free and the location is convenient to drive to various points in Ottawa. There is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take public transit. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Food Basics within walking distance as well. Breakfast is not included but there is an on site restaurant that is reasonably priced.'

'Restaurant and staff were excellent, food was great. Check in was easy and swift. Draw backs- I reserved a suite and they informed me that the pull out couch was broke and uncomfortable. They did let me know this up front and they said they would sent up extra sheets and blankets to lay down to act as a mattress. When I pulled out the couch there were on only two springs attached to the frame, causing the frame to sag. I had to place a coffee table underneath the frame to support the...

'Unser Zimmer 910 war groß und sauber. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Klima funktionierte gut. Nur die Fenster könnten mal wieder von außen gereinigt werden. Leider ist das Hotel momentan von Baustellen umkreist. Der Pool wird auch gerade renoviert. Frühstück sehr gut, mit frischer Melone und Beeren. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.'

'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. 'Had to pay an extra 25$ for parking. One elevator was not working so many people waited to use it and it caused frustration among the guests. There was a rupture in one of the pipes and water ingress was present near the business rooms. Not what I expected from Hilton, especially what they charged for the night.'

'The location of this house was great. Close to everything. The room was OK, with a big comfortable.bed but it was very, very small, as was the bathroom. Apart from.missing a night table on one side of the bed, it had everything the traveler might need. To access the room one needs to use a narrow staircase, so it would not be suitable for a person with limited mobility.'

'Really nice weekend stay! Jetted tub was amazing and staff is lovely. Parking was a little annoying as it’s off a one way street but still manageable. Will definitely be going back.'
