'Clean space, prime location, safe area, and comfy bed and bathroom. 9.5/10. The 1/2 star off is only because of the AC - it randomly makes weird and loud noises which woke us up and scared us quite a bit. '

'We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!'

'We stayed for 2 nights for an Islanders game and this was the perfect spot! Great walking distance, super clean, and great amenities!! Didn’t have too many questions for the host because everything was laid out nicely, but they were responsive when I did! I would highly recommend!! '

'This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.'
