'Clean room and staff were excellent'

'There was a mixup with the room I reserved - they gave it away which was a bummer and I checked in ok time BUT other than that Alisha who worked the front desk I believe that’s her name was amazing. She was very helpful and super kind. Breakfast was good and clean area. Kid friendly'

'Une alarme intempestive à 5h45 du matin (25 nov), puis ceci: lors du Check in j’avais précisé que je voulais payer en cash, lors de notre départ ils avaient déjà débité ma carte, ,,,,'

'Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well. Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been. Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!'
