'We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.'

'Great hotel. Fantastic location. Power and Light and downtown only a few minutes walk. Streetcar stop also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Lobby bar was lively and had a nice atmosphere due to being the world cup. As did the rooftop bar which was a nice way to end the evenings. Overall an exceptional stay.'

The hotel staff was very nice but the building was quite old and not recently renovated. Breakfast was very busy and only limited options. 'An updated hotel in an art deco property which is most noticeable in the lobby and bar. Room was updated but did have several minor maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. The location was excellent a block away from the Power and Light entertainment district and the streetcar line on Main St. For the World Cup they had TVs set up in the lobby area. 'The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had.'
