'We had a lovely stay at the Black Lake Ranch! Astounding views of all ranges of wild life. We were a little sad there was no hot tub but a little morning snow made up for it. Absolutely beautiful home & great communication between the owner. So thankful we got to stay here for my Dad’s 62nd birthday!!'

'The cabin was very clean and things like dishes, pots, pans etc were provided as well as lots of towels so we had everything we needed. It was just a very good experience and I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay any better, even Wi-Fi and satellite tv were provided at no extra charge.'

'We stayed at this VRBO bc we were biking at angel fire. This home is very clean and in a prime location. My friend accidentally left her wallet at the VRBO and management met us so we could pick it up. They were super kind and friendly. We will definitely be coming here again!'

'We stayed at this condo for 4 nights for our family ski vacation. It was so close to the chair lift and within walking distance to restaurants. It was the perfect size condo for our family of 3. 'Had some heating problems, but were fixed. Fan light in one room was not working correctly. Washer spin cycle did not seem to be working cloths always come out soaked. Cozy nice location clean cabin close to town. As a family we enjoyed our stay.'

'In addition to being really close to our son's wedding site, this unique property worked well for us. Full kitchen and dining area, plus private bedrooms and shared bath works ok for a close-knit family like ours. Loved the two decks with great views and lovely hummingbirds greetting us every morning! My only challenge is that very few of the windows are operable - we're huge fresh air fans - grateful for the door to the deck in both bedrooms!'

'This location can't be beat to walk to the ski lodge. Yes the unit is dated, but so is almost everything in Angelfire, it's part of the charm. The washer/dryer room was hard to find, there were no instructions, and one dryer didn't heat, but the other did. Fireplace worked great and rooms had heat. The "recreation room" listed is no such thing, it's really just a entry area. I really have no complaints and I would book this unit again if I was coming back to AF. Thanks!'

'I want to be very fair with this review but also honest. First, the condo (two story) is a cute condo. It has all the things you need to have a great time. Like most mountain or ski resorts, it does NOT have AC. So if you go in the summer like us, you may be hot at night when you sleep. We had a few issues, both bedding had stains, one toilet didn't work, and a shower handle was broken. I reached out to Vacasa and VRBO, I always got someone (automated) that said they would pass this on to local...
