'We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Highly recommend if looking for a complete experience in a boutique hotel combining excellent spacious rooms, each with pieces of the owners history, a wonderful gourmet brunch, beautiful grounds, and only 10 minutes from the Plaza. We will be back!'

The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '

You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! "The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him.
We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything and move in the middle of the night? There was also a dog in one of the rooms that kept barking the whole evening.
