'The room/apartment was great, once you get inside. Finding the place is a little tricky (look for the colorful wall and use the keypad). And the buildings are black, which was a bit off-putting. No one to great you. You receive a door code via email. However, once inside, it's awesome. our unit had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Communication was very good to help me over the hump of finding the place and getting in. I would not consider the area "walkable," but plenty...

Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! '

'The Drury Santa Fe hotel is ideally located, right downtown, and the staff is gracious and helpful. The free breakfast and Kickback suppers are tasty although I wish they would offer whole grain and not just white bread. Beds are very comfortable. 'The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '

'We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!!
