'Geen schoonmaak eerste drie dagen alles beetje oud'

'Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...

'Room is spacious, free parking and a nice breakfast is included. Need to have two bars of soap in room or a body wash in room. Our room only had one bar of soap. I carry body wash with me so I did not ask for another'

'Frayed carpeting!'

'Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.'
