'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...
