'Everything we needed! Clean, good location, very comfortable bed!'

'Loved this lovely little apartment/cabin! We had a big event at Boyne Mountain and with only the 2 of us, we each got a well- lit bathroom to get ready in! Beds were nice and comfy, the place was spotless and the hostess was very friendly! This was perfect for our needs. The setup in this cabin is truly nice, I wish I had closets like these at home! 'Brienna was very responsive and communicative. The accommodations were perfect for what was needed. My dog Zeke also enjoyed himself.'

'Very clean!'

'We loved staying in the Charlie Room. It was quiet and comfortable. We could walk right into Central Lake and eat or we could drive a little and walk neighboring towns. It was a wonderful stay!'

We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
