I had early starts both mornings of my stay and it was not too much bother for Helen on the front desk and Paul?, the chef to open the kitchen slightly early for me. 'Had a fab 1 night stay at the Brocco, spacious spotless ground floor room with stunning en-suite with huge wetroom shower. Quality toiletries, gorgeous bed linens, super- comfy bed and delicious homemade cake to enjoy on arrival. Julia, friendly host welcomed us with a free glass of Prosecco which was very indulgent and much appreciated. Overall a perfect stay and highly recommended whenever you are in southwest Sheffield.'

'Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep. We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future. No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so...

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet.
