'Stayed for one night at the Robin Hood Inn while visiting friends in the area.
The check in was quick and we were given a friendly welcome.
The room was fairly small but suited us perfectly (2x people), it had an en suite and usual tea making facilities and tv. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean.
We didn't eat in the pub this visit, but there was food available which looked good.

'Excellent! Superb little place with proper pub and excellent restaurant! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Delightful place to getaway to the countryside but also very handy for Portsmouth (only 25 mins). Charming, helpful staff. All very highly recommended!'

'What a lovely gem of a place which was so welcoming and provided simply the best breakfast you could wish for. What with their own chicken eggs, sausages and fresh home baked bread, you can't go wrong! Janet is a lovely lady who likes to make you feel very welcome. I will be re visiting for sure'

'What a lovely stay. Very clean, spacious accommodation with great parking and pub with food on site. The pub is very quiet - you wouldn’t even know it was there to be honest. Staff were lovely, food was great and perfect location for Goodwood as you drive in on a quieter road. Would definitely return.'

The reason was that the Flying Bull closes on Sunday at 17.00 hr and we were asked to contact by telephone, but our efforts unfortunately failed. We had to ask help from Expedia, but a leaving guest could help us at last.
Anyhow the room and brakfast were at least satyfying.'
