"Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay"

"We booked the Apex Temple Court for our 8 night stay in London and they did not disappoint. The room and bath were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were cordial, professional and very helpful. The hotel is well situated and close to two Tube lines and major bus routes. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. Comfortable room though people may find it annoying that the bed takes up the whole window area and the person by the window has to climb out over the other person, not a problem when staying alone. "We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep. We could hardly feel the Air Con and it definitely did not help to cool our room down. If this was sorted then it would of been a 5* stay. Thank you...

"We chose this hotel because we had an overnight layover. It was a great option. We decided to take a free train from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 and take the walking bridge to the hotel. It’s about a 10-15 min walk. So it you have luggage it will be a hard walk. Maybe the bus is a butter way for you. It drops you right at the door of the hotel. "
