'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Easy check in. Just a bit confusing where to enter at first due to some works/ repairs going on in the main entrance of the hotel & the free parking is good. Over all it was a comfortable stay, close to main Jeju City, just few minutes walk. '
