객실은 넓고 잘 정비되어 있으며,소음이 거의 없어서 더욱 만족합니다.
다만,입출입시에 복잡한 것이 좀 마음에 걸립니다.또한,마음에 드는 호텔이 도심에 있어서 아쉽습니다.

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

' I truly enjoyed the time at Tropical Hideaway as a solo traveller. The proximity to the sea and the mountain, not to mention Olleh hiking trails, made it so perfect. Only downside is reataurants because most of them close relatively early. Swimming pool was almost to myself during the day, and the bathtub after night run made my day.'
'Lovely staff, great location. Super close to multiple options for dinner. The receptionist helped us find some good restaurants, but I doubt there's bad ones. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel's space seemed full all the time but we rarely had trouble parking as there's a lot of spots at the side of the hotel. Recommend!'
'My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. '

The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.'
'The gym was very tiny, almost no equipment. I mean maybe smaller than my room.
bathroom adjacent to it was dirty. Also everything was open, no cardes doors.
The room was okay, but no view fron the window, because it was all etched glass. Opening one window taught me the other building was 50cm away, so no matter. Bed was okay and gaming computer fun.
Breakfeast roll was good and timely.
Was woken up twice late at night, because people were talking in the hallway with kids. With KIDS at 23:30....
'We absolutely loved our stay at JEJU Shilla. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and hotel amenities were awesome and convenient. They had beautiful hiking/ walking path that led to a beach and it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!'
'Sehr großes und schönes Hotel. Eine gan Ute Einkaufspassage mit verschiedenen Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften. Sehr schöner Innen sowie Außenpool. Super liebes Personal und schöne saubere Zimmer.
