'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.'
