The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was helpful.'

'We loved our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites. One of the days we were there, I stayed at the hotel for most of the day doing laundry and relaxing. My spouse was hiking up mount Hallasan. I was not doing an 8 1/2 hike up the mountain so I stayed behind. The two ladies down at the front desk and coffee bar were SO SO nice and helpful. They found out I spoke some Korean, so they insisted on helping me remember more of my language skills. They made me speak to them all day in Korean and helped...
