'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at JEJU Shilla. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and hotel amenities were awesome and convenient. They had beautiful hiking/ walking path that led to a beach and it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!'

'23평 예약했는데, 37평짜리 업그레이드받아서 숙박했습니다~ 방2개 화장실 2개 거실, 부엌인데 이정도 규모에 가격(3박 4명 17만원대)을 생각하면 정말 가성비가 좋아요~ 생수 500ml 2개 서비스로 냉장고에 들어있고, 수건 매일 인당 2개씩 교체해주고, 화장지랑 다 잘 구비되어있습니다. 치약은 챙겨가셔야 되네요. 산쪽에 위치해서 시내와의 거리는 있는 편이지만, 차로 이동하시는거면 큰 불편사항은 아닐듯합니다. '

'Lovely staff, great location. Super close to multiple options for dinner. The receptionist helped us find some good restaurants, but I doubt there's bad ones. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel's space seemed full all the time but we rarely had trouble parking as there's a lot of spots at the side of the hotel. Recommend!'

'여긴 나만 알고 싶은 뷰 맛집입니다. 매년 2차례 이상 방문하는 호텔입니다. 매년 신관을 이용하다가 이번 방문은 본관을 이용했는데, 또 다른 뷰 포인트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 지리적으로 조용하고, 차량이 있다면 접근성도 좋고, 어디든 갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 본관, 신관 가릴것 없이 어디든 다 좋다는 것이 최고의 장점입니다. 가족 여행이든, 커플 여행이든, 좋은 곳입니다. 이번엔 조식을 이용하지는 않았지만, 조식 맛집이라는 것!! 그리고 석식도 레스토랑 이용 하고자 한다면 강추 입니다. 제주 물가가 엄청 비싼데, 차라리 일정이 빨리 마무리 됐다면 바솔트 레스토랑에서 먹는 석식도 강추 입니다. 그리고 프론트 데스크에서 고생하는 호텔리어분들도 친전한 설명 두말 할 것 없습니다. 돈이 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다. 단, 단점을 꼽자면 리뷰하라고 오는 연락은 항상 체크아웃 하고 메일이 오는데... 체크아웃 전에 리뷰를 할 수 있는 방법 좀 알려주세요~ㅎ 와인 한병 꼭 받고 싶습니다~ㅋㅋ'

'얼리 체크인 허용 안해준 것 빼고는 투숙하는 내내 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장도 크지는 않지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 즐겁게 이용할수 있었습미다. 서귀포 내 웬만힌 곳은 도보 나 버스 한번로 갈 수 있어 편안한 여행에 큰 도움이 되었네요.'
