'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Zeer mooi hotel gelegen in het Jungmun-resort (aan de kust), waar diverse andere grote hotelketens zijn gevestigd (goed afgescheiden). Resort bereikbaar vanuit airport Jeju met bus 600. In het resort zelf zijn ook bushaltes voor bus 510 en 520. Personeel ruim aanwezig en zeer vriendelijk. Daarnaast spreken ze goed Engels. Ontbijt zeer goed, met ruime keuze uit zowel westerse als Koreaanse gerechten. Kamer zeer ruim, met eigen terras en groot tweepersoonsbed. Elke dag wordt een fles...
