'Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. '

Only issue was there is only one parking space. We couldnt park in the lot across the way (bank threatened to tow us, even though clearly others used it overnight). Pleanty of street parking though! 'Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. It appeared that...
