'First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...

'The water pipes had air in it the whole time making the water spit at you and ran out of hot water in 5 min of taking a shower. But other than that great time. '

'We had a great time staying at this cabin and exploring Tennessee. Although there was a great separate game room, everyone really enjoyed playing pool in the house. The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. The host made it easy by providing directions to home and access code prior to trip. '

'We seen bears both days we were there. A mama and three cubs. It made our stay! Also- the game room and hot tub was a game changer. I have FIVE boys and they all stayed entertained the entire trip! '

'The property itself was great and the communication from the owners was top notch. There were a few little nuances that were annoying but did not detract from us having a great time. One was the outside lights which did not seem to have a switch and shined brightly into a few of the bedrooms. We looked for a switch multiple times but never found it. Overall, though, the property was gorgeous and we had a great time. '
