'Been going to Chautauqua for years and never want to leave. The Chalet is tucked away and not far from the boat launch for fishing. Lots of Chipmunks to keep you entertained. Recommend'

'We vacationed here for a ski weekend with 4 families - 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall it was a fine house. I wish I had realized the large bunk room is in the loft over the family room. While it was appealing to let the kids have a sleep over it made no sense to put them over the family room unless all the parents were going to go to bed at 8pm. We ended up putting the kids in the smaller bunk room with walls and my husband and I slept out in the open bunk room. Not a big deal, but something to...

'We had a great stay at this chalet. Honestly it was spotless…and for such a big place that says a lot. We had a group of 21 with kids 11 and up and adults. Lots of space for the kids to hang out in and the parents. Would definitely book again!'

'We stayed for three days at Windsor Chalet with our two adult children, their "significants" and their dogs . We had hoped for some skiing but needless to say the weather didn't cooperate. Instead we visited near by Salamanca, NY (home of Seneca Allegany Casino, Seneca Gaming, Seneca Iroquois National Museum and nearby Allegany State Park). The park was such great spot to hike with our dog and if you're interested in spending time in the Casino it's really close. We wanted to visit the Museum...

'We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.'

We traveled with a group of friends to ski at Holiday Valley (5 min up the road) but had a hard time deciding whether to spend our time in the beautiful cabin or on the slopes. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the game room and hottub. Can’t wait for our next stay!'

'The property is just fantastic and beautiful. You have all the amenities that you need within the house. Beatifully decorated and a wonderful host. All in all a great experince for my family.'

'Cut my foot open and so did my 3 year old son. He had to get stitches, from missing grout from between the floor tiles. All the tiles were coming apart. It was so bad we had to have the property maintenance man come over and check the floors. My wife fell on her back on the ice directly infront of the ring camera on the house hit her head and my daughter fell on the " heated" driveway busted he knee open on the ice and it goes on and on. We took very good pictures and videoed all of it too.'
