hotel in het centrum
vanuit het hotel krijg je hulp bij het maken van je dagprogramma door jong, zeer vriendelijk personeel. op de gratis leenfiets kan je het oude centrum goed bekijken. het hotel ligt in een steeg, met de eigen auto lastig te vinden, de eerste indruk is even wennen. zodra je binnen bent merk je de rust en de goede sfeer. het ontbijt is in de centrale ruimte en ziet er klein en beperkt uit. toch is alles er en van zeer goede kwaliteit. de hele dag staat er gratis water, koffie, thee en fruit. werkelijk top. wij zouden zo weer gaan !

Bijzonder ontworpen en modern ingericht hotel, met zeer aardige staf, gunstig gelegen met alles op loopafstand, nieuw, schoon en prettig wondertje in Chang Mai

Perfect hotel zonder managers
Perfect hotel. Goede service, personeel altijd behulpzaam en opgewekt. Gratis water! Past bij concept van mede-eigenaar (Nederlander) Jeroen: hotel moet plek zijn van gastvrijheid en geluk, voor reizigers en medewerkers. Geen managers, medewerkers regelen alles zelf. Wel afspraken over principes: verantwoordelijkheid voor team en hotel, geen geroddel, en opgewekt naar werk komen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Bed is the best!
Bed is één van de beste hotels waar we ooit verbleven. Het personeel, de ligging, het comfort, het zwembad, de hygiëne, kortom alles is perfect. We zijn er een week gebleven en hebben ons nog nooit in een hotel zo thuisgevoeld. Het concept is heel sim bedacht, strak, modern en basic. Het ontbijt doe je met alle andere gasten aan een lange tafel.Dir bevordert de sfeer in het hotel. Kortom,5 sterren waard!

Bed is one of my favorites Hotels in Thailand. They offer a bunch of options for breakfast and all is delicious. The staff is amazing they try to make your stay a great experience, providing good information about the city and being kind all the time. A plus is that they have water 24 hours, fresh fruit and coffe, soup and cornflakes, and milk 24 hours also. We felt like home at Bed. We really appreciated our stay in this place.

I was very happy with the food and beverages that were included with the stay. Breakfast had western and Thai options available. Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. I didn't like that the shower was separate from the toilet. In addition, the shower had opaque or frosted glass walls that didn't provide full privacy. With the shower separated and located next to a bed, there was no dressing area.

This hotel is one of our favorite parts of Chang Mai! The breakfast is a flavor explosion that’s new everyday! The staff is by far the most friendly people we have met! The minimalistic style is comfortable and the way the hotel is built makes you feel like it’s your own private oasis. We loved the cool temp of the pool and it’s location. The open concept of this hotel is very well done!

서비스가 S클래스입니다. 직원들이 젊고 매우 친절하며 자발적으로 나서서 도와주십니다. 수십번의 싸고 비싼 호텔을 이용했지만 이곳이 최고의 서비스입니다. 1주일정도 숙박했는데 같이 여행온 친구들 모두 매우 만족하고갑니다. 조식도 매우 맛있으니 조식 신경쓰는 분들은 추천합니다. 다음에 또 치앙마이에 오면 다시 이곳에 숙박을 적극 고려할것 같습니다. 다만 방 컨디션은 냉정히 보면 보통입니다. 벽이나 천장 등 리모델링하면 좋을것 같습니다.

조용하고 좋았습니다. 근데 1층에 있었는데 방에서 살짝 냄새가 나더군요.. 이야기 하니 바로 교체하여 주어서 남은 일정을 잘 보낼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가급적 윗층이 좋을 듯 싶네요.

Outstanding service!
My husband and I only stayed here one night, but it was enough to make a lasting impression. The staff at BED Phrasingh are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve encountered in our travels. I would consider planning a second trip to Chiang Mai just so I could stay at BED Phrasingh for a longer visit.

Great hotel to stay… very friendly & helpful stuff. My room was spacious & comfortable. Very good location within the Old Town of ChiangMai. They have bikes available for guests.I would definitely stay again.

It was great place to stay, all the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean. It was located in a very convenient place. They provide breakfast and also snacks and drinks throughout the day. I highly recommend this place.

We came to this place after a comfortable stay at the Sheraton (after paying much more higher price). I was a little disappointed about the conditions, especially considering the high review ratings. The thing that bothers me most is the smell of the room (though I have to say that I am very sensitive to smells and noises). But after one night staying here, I completely changed my view. We used the air freshener to easily get rid of the smell. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent; we walked to see the Chiang Mai gate market in the early morning. It was a great experience to walk through the quiet streets at 5 am, listening to the morning chatter from a temple, etc. We only stayed 2 nights here, but towards the end of the stay, we made our decision that for sure we will be back and staying at this hotel again.

A gem in Chiang Mai, great location good transport
A great hotel made amazing by all the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they treat you like your a family member. Breakfast good with a wide range of English and Thai. Fruit juice water coffee and fruit available all day. Excellent location for transport links. Many thanks Bed family hope to be back one day x

4 great days in Chiang Mai
What a great little hotel, the concept and design was simple easy and welcoming. The staff are all super friendly accommodating and happy to assist with whatever was requested. One of the owners introduced himself to us and he too was warm, outgoing and enthusiastic.. it was a pleasure to see and be around. The breakfast was fresh, well presented and ticked the boxes for our group of 5 Thank you for looking after us !

We loved our stay here . The staff were wonderful especially the chef. Mai prepared the most fabulous dishes for breakfast that I would say is the best hotel breakfasts we ever had! It is great place for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Lovely rooms but the staff make the place fantastic with how helpful they are. Can’t wait to come back.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and helpful. The staff helped me book tours and took care of me when I got ill. The extras like unlimited water and coffee are nice perks. I can't wait to visit again.
