'Beautiful property! It is so convenient for family of four. The parents took the room on the ground floor and the kids were on the top level 3 floor and at and spent time on the middle/ second floor. We love the space in a cozy home '

'If you’re with friends I would recommend for a group of 4. We had 6 people and 3 slept on a futon. The place was clean but some areas had film on the walls. About a 14 minute walk to nearest station.'

'Easy check in process, and overall very clean place. Was pretty central and plenty of things to do as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku. Very convenient if you are traveling to Japan with a larger party.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area '
