Welcome to our spacious and stylish apartment, located just steps away from the iconic Wrigley Field in Chicago! This is the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts and anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of the city. The apartment`s location is unbeatable for baseball enthusiasts. Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs, is just a short walk away.

We do not include parking so please make arrangements in advance!

After a long day of sightseeing or attending a game at Wrigley Field, kick back and relax in the comfortable living room or outdoor patio. Sink into the plush sofa, watch your favorite shows on the 70` flat-screen TV, play a game of golden tee or simply enjoy the company of your travel companions around the large table (great for games). For those looking to stay connected, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Please note the CTA train line borders the lot next door. While it`s convenient for traveling, you can expect some train noise during your stay.

The apartment is conveniently equipped with Smart Lock access so to make check-in flexible and hassle free.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building`s premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our Airbnb is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Airbnb due to potential allergy concerns and damage to the property.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late checkout past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is eight, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our apartment and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
