'Is was not like a 5* hotel. There was a lot of noise due to the renovation, is was not clean, food was every day the same and warm dishes are not warm. The massageroom smells not fresh, the massage was good. Due to the renovation there was not a clean floor at the massageroom. '

Wel duidelijk te rangen en standen qua personeel te zien in het hotel.
Wat erg jammer is dat het hotel ondanks zijn status van 4 sterren en van alle gemakken voorzien was geen gratis internet had...hoewel het niet erg veel was per half uur, zou je verwachtten dat op zijn minst in de lobby gratis internet zou moeten zijn.
Misschien een TIP voor dit hotel......gratis internet aanbieden.....'

Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...
