'I had a wonderful stay at ITC Narmada hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious food. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wat erg jammer is dat het hotel ondanks zijn status van 4 sterren en van alle gemakken voorzien was geen gratis internet had...hoewel het niet erg veel was per half uur, zou je verwachtten dat op zijn minst in de lobby gratis internet zou moeten zijn. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad.
