'Prima hotel, fijn en aardig personeel.
Wel duidelijk te rangen en standen qua personeel te zien in het hotel.
Wat erg jammer is dat het hotel ondanks zijn status van 4 sterren en van alle gemakken voorzien was geen gratis internet had...hoewel het niet erg veel was per half uur, zou je verwachtten dat op zijn minst in de lobby gratis internet zou moeten zijn.
Misschien een TIP voor dit hotel......gratis internet aanbieden.....'

'Is was not like a 5* hotel. There was a lot of noise due to the renovation, is was not clean, food was every day the same and warm dishes are not warm. The massageroom smells not fresh, the massage was good. Due to the renovation there was not a clean floor at the massageroom. '

The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

The hotel itself is fairly basic, but that is reflected in the price. The location is great - close to everything with several transport options close by.

Staff was very courteous, resourceful, accommodating and well behaved. They have their own restaurant which offers good food for the price. We had lunch and got three fixed thali.
Hot and cold water was available on demand in bathroom, toilet was western style and they supplied tissue paper when asked. We got their biggest...
