'We recently stayed at Hotel Nalanda and honestly it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were excellent spacious comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. 'Prima hotel, fijn en aardig personeel. Wel duidelijk te rangen en standen qua personeel te zien in het hotel. Wat erg jammer is dat het hotel ondanks zijn status van 4 sterren en van alle gemakken voorzien was geen gratis internet had...hoewel het niet erg veel was per half uur, zou je verwachtten dat op zijn minst in de lobby gratis internet zou moeten zijn. Misschien een TIP voor dit hotel......gratis internet aanbieden.....'

We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost...
