Wat erg jammer is dat het hotel ondanks zijn status van 4 sterren en van alle gemakken voorzien was geen gratis internet had...hoewel het niet erg veel was per half uur, zou je verwachtten dat op zijn minst in de lobby gratis internet zou moeten zijn. Misschien een TIP voor dit hotel......gratis internet aanbieden.....'

'The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

'Room was extremely clean and great view of River front. One of the staff members named Sonam at Spa was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast options were amazing with lots of veriety and healthy options. Loved our stay there.'
