'It is truly a unique experience in a marvellous town. The family room is at the far end of the pub, private and still you can mingle with the pub crowd if you want too. The bus to Oxford (once per hour in the weekend) stops in front of the pub, an absolute plus. There’s only room for four cars at the parking so get in there in time. If you have a dust allergy it’s better to chose something else. This is a couple of hundred years old environment; it’s prown to have dust. '

'Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. 'Lovely place and surroundings are beautiful. It could do with a little updating, and if you’re looking for Wi-Fi, you could be sorely disappointed. The breakfast menu is very limited and Service slightly lacking in this area. '

'Our party was three couples (and a dog) meeting up from three different locations and so in three separate vehicles. There was (safe) parking for five or six vehicles! Three comfortable double rooms and two bathrooms gave us everything we needed for a really comfortable weekend. If anything I would say that the pictures don’t really do it Justice. I mean, it looks nice in the pictures but it’s actually even nicer. Some places we looked at said that they accommodated 6 but had a dining table...

'Fantastic location for exploring many of the popular Cotswold villages. It’s easy to find and feels nice and private with it being one of 3 pods on the farm. Inside is presented beautifully and it’s spotless. Everything has been thought of down to spare batteries, coffee pods and women’s toiletries. Communication regarding how to find them and check in is easy to follow and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back as a base to explore more of the Cotswolds. '

'The cottage is in a lovely smaller sized village that is lovely to stroll in and around. The people I encountered on my walks were very friendly. It is easy to get to other villages. The second bedroom is up 2 flights of stairs which was a surprise but not a problem for us.'

'Great little cottage in Chipping Norton. Freddie’s place is exactly as pictured—clean, well organized, and in the perfect location. Freddie was very responsive and shared some great local recommendations as well. One of them was to get a sausage roll at the Cotswold Guy, which we hadn’t come across in our own research. My husband said it was the best sausage roll he’s ever had!'

'We loved staying in beautiful Patience cottage. It has a lovely spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well equipped modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in a gorgeous bedroom. It's a short walk from The Hare, where we had a lovely meal and just across from the village green. We visited Bourton on the Water (highly recommended), although at weekends it will probably get very crowded. We stayed midweek and missed all the crowds. Burford and Bibury are also well worth a visit. I...
