'Lovely well equipped lodge. Beautiful main bedroom view with large window and comfortable bed. Outdoor pool not in use and sauna also out of action. Felt prices for activities were steep especially at least £10 PP so £40 for a family of 4. Indoor pool area didnt match quality of the rest of the resort with dated and run down looking changing rooms. Overall a really pleasant stay during first week of july. Only did 2 mights which was enough. Very quiet. Saw approx 10 families during our stay.'

'Pleasant, comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation close to train station and local buses. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. Would definitely consider when staying in The Lakes again.'

'Property is well presented, I wouldn’t say it’s luxury though but lovely location. We did enjoy our time at the house. Great size kitchen but could do with new pans, more serving dishes/salad bowl/water jug/cocktail glasses/chopping boards (should have one for raw meat, one for cooked meat and one for fruit and veg) knives blunt too, again very tired looking. 'Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. 2nd hot tub isn't a hottub, just a bath with a hot hose running to it. Kids 'pods' pretty unusable, 1 stinks of damp rot, the other is just musty. The 'gym' has 1 reasonable running machine, the rest...

'The pictures and description are very accurate. The location is great. If you’re looking for a nice beach cove with a cafe bar serving food and drink, without the crowds this is the spot. The accommodation is spacious, clean and welcoming. We will defo return if we are looking to be near Looe again. There is parking although not included, only £20 for the week, which is better than trying to park in Looe itself. If mobility is an issue then A car is needed or there are Taxis available to get you...

'This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days.
