'Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. Great weekend getaway location for a couple!'

'This was our second long term winter stay at Jane and Frank's cozy apartment. Jane and Frank are wonderful hosts. They are just a text or phone call away if you need anything. The apartment is close enough to everything you may want to do yet in a quiet and private setting. It is very clean and has everything you need for a short or extened stay. 'We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. 'The resort is an excellent combination of a good apartment for a family of 6 and a resort with you need for a family stay. The kis enjoyed the thinhs they could do, te campfire, the special events, etc. The apartment was of good condition. '
