Stay opposite Hagley Park in Bambina, a distinctive two-level townhouse for two. Thoughtful interiors, a private courtyard and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in. Enjoy the lounge TV and soundbar, Nespresso coffee and in-home laundry. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Nearby construction may cause daytime noise.

The living area features a 55-inch Samsung TV with a soundbar, with a second Frame TV for another viewing option. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and Nutribullet. A Dyson fan, Bluetooth radio, wireless charging, washer and dryer add everyday convenience. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are reached by stairs, and the bathroom includes a bidet.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are private. There is no on-site parking, and stairs are required inside the home.

Location and transport
Hagley Park is across the road, giving you a green setting close to Christchurch. Please note that construction in the surrounding area may be audible during the day.
Free public street parking is available on nearby Darvel and Ayr Streets, subject to spaces and local signs. No parking space is reserved.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $50 Per hour.

Please note: there may be nearby construction or roadworks in the area, which could cause occasional daytime noise or truck movements during standard working hours.

2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
