A number of great eateries close by for dining, otherwise the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and 1 full tiled bathroom. Study/office nook with WIFI.

This 2-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. Sofa bed is located in the living area, bed linen is an extra cost for sofa bed.
First floor contains the bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes.

Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. A keypad access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys.

The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
