Merivale bungalow with garden and parking in Christchurch

Enjoy a single-level Merivale bungalow with a fenced lawn and your own outdoor parking space. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, with a kitchen, living area and workspace for an easy Christchurch stay. Relax outdoors, use the heat pump indoors and keep up with laundry using the washing machine and drying rack.

The bungalow has two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher and a living area with TV. Wi-Fi, a heat pump, workspace and washing machine are provided. The fenced garden has outdoor furniture. One private outdoor parking space is included at the end of the driveway, in front of the right garage door. Garage access is not included.

Guest access
The entire bungalow and its fenced garden are for your use. Park only in the designated space in front of the right garage door. Keep the left garage entrance and neighbours’ access clear.

Location and transport
A Merivale base with a residential setting for your Christchurch stay.
One free private outdoor parking space is included. The shared driveway must remain clear; use local buses or taxis when you prefer to leave the car parked.

4, The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$50 plus GST per hour.
5, Regarding the parking space, please park at the very end of the driveway, in front of the right-hand side garage door. Please make sure not to block the left garage or the neighbor`s front door.

**If you block the driveway, your car may be towed at your own expense.**
