Enjoy the entire two-bedroom townhouse, with no shared indoor spaces. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen make it easy to unwind together, while the fenced courtyard offers a private place to sit outside.

The home includes unlimited fibre Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV, heat pumps, double glazing, a washer-dryer combination and an electronic bidet. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials. Professionally laundered bed linen, towels, coffee and black tea are provided.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the townhouse and fenced courtyard. One allocated off-street parking space is included. Self check-in is via a passcode; arrival details are provided before your stay.

Location and transport
Lincoln Road is a convenient base for Addington cafes and restaurants, Christchurch Arena, Addington Raceway and the TranzAlpine station. Hagley Park South and central Christchurch are also within easy reach.
One allocated off-street parking space is included. The TranzAlpine station and local dining are accessible on foot, and State Highways 73 and 76 are easy to reach by car.

EV charging costs NZD 10 per day. Please bring your own cable with a Type 2 male connector and arrange access at least one day before check-in.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.
