'Spacious and clean whole apartment. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Very close to lake, just a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful host. Lets us park at the property after checkout so we can visit places nearby.'

'部屋はマンションの一室をホテルにした感じです。部屋には冷蔵庫、洗濯機、アイロン、炊飯器、パン焼き器、レンジ、トースターもあり 食器や鍋、フライパンや　カトラリーも全て揃っていました。 長期滞在には最適です。 残念ながら　１泊利用だったので　使いこなせず　もったいないなぁーって思いました。 風呂には浴室乾燥機も、付いてました。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシセット、ドライヤーはありましたが、 フェイスウォッシュ、ボディスポンジ、ボディタオル、ブラシ、ひげ剃り、綿棒、フェイスローションや、クリームは、シャワーキャップや、ヘアゴムはないので持って必要な方は持参する方が良いです。 緑茶、ドリップコーヒーもありましたが、ミルクや砂糖はなく、紅茶も無かったのが　残念でした。 清潔感もあり、とても快適で、過ごしやすかったです。 少し歩くと　栄の繁華街に行けるし、立地もとても良かったです。 又　是非　利用したいです'

'Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...
