'新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。'

'The staff are able to speak good English. Slippers and socks are provided in room for guests to wear them to Onsen.'

'Mooie en ruime kamers. Maar het hotel was extreem druk met wachttijden bij het diner in buffetvorm. Het Kaseiki diner was redelijk, maar niet fantastisch. De omgeving is mooi, maar alles is gericht op massatoerisme. Geen 5 sterren hotel, meer 3 sterren. Dan dus een hoge prijs voor het gebodene. De service is -zoals overal in Japan- wel 5 sterren.'

'The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden.'

'施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。'

'Prachtige accommodatie in de heuvels van Hakone. Kijkt uit over de golfbaan. Onze kamer had mooi vrij uitzicht en het vele glas in het hotel geven echt een idee dat je 1 bent met de prachtige Japanse natuur. De kamer was mooi en groot. Echt Japanse stijl dus schoenen uit bij de kamerdeur! Gelukkig krijg je een mooie kamer outfit en slippers die je in het hele hotel kan gebruiken. Je slaapt ook op een Japans bed. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid alleen wel Japanse stijl. Ik weet niet of ze...

'Ontzettend vriendelijke gastgevers. Traditionele sfeer en gewoontes. Schoenen uit bij betreden. Ontbijt voor westerlingen prima te doen met diverse broodjes thee en sap. '

'The hotel was relaxing, onsen was amazing, dinner was a limited menu but good. The secenery was stunning. The staff were hard to find at times, overall I would definitely come back.'

'This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was super stylish and clean with a massive shower. The onsen was such a highlight. I would recommend anyone staying in Hakone to stay here. We will be definitely be coming back.'

'Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.'
