'All good, nothing to complain about.'

'This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

'Comfortable rooms at the right price!'

'The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

'Not anything close to what's advertised. Very poor. You get a room and shared amenities. Place can be noisy because of other guests in the house. We had no hot water on the last day.'

'Beautiful - Easy - Friendly - No Holds - Means Business - EAsy Access - Close to Whats Needed.'

'Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices'

'Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good food and beers. They also have an outdoor car park suitable for vans.'

'Leuk hotel vond jammer ik had voor een nacht geboekt'

Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

'Geen beoordeling gegeven hoor'

'Bushalte naar Heathrow ligt voor het hotel, met Elizabeth Line ben je vrij snel in hartje Londen. Ik heb hier comfortabel kunnen overnachten, voor soortgelijke hotels in het centrum betaal je min. het dubbele. Enig nadeel is dat er weinig in de omgeving is (winkels, restaurants). Bedden zijn comfortabel en je ondervind geen geluidsoverlast van de vliegtuigen.'
